Sondra & Alex are so cool. They are the kind of people you just want to be friends with, because they seem like they would have the ‘in’ at all the best places. Places I’m not even cool enough to have heard of yet, places with no sign on the door. So it was fitting that they got married in one of Vancouvers coolest locations, Brix Restaurant in Yaletown. It was a classy, urban, intimate ceremony this December. I had tons of fun shooting not only thier big day, and the VERY big party that followed (those Greeks know how its done), but also thier first look shots before the wedding. While Alex and I watied in the hallway for Sondra to appear, so that I could shoot thier first view of each other. We had a chat that went something like this;

Alex: “So hows Ottawa?”

Janine: “Cold. Snowy. Fun.”

Alex: “Mmmmm” *distracted look*

Janine: “So how are you doing Alex? Nervous?”

Alex: “Nerves are for girls”

Janine: “Alright a man that knows what he wants thats what I like to see.”

Alex: “Knew from the first time I saw her.”

Gaahhh I almost lost it right there in the hallway. Love these two. Congratulations and good luck on your big new adventure in Dubai.
