Recently I got to spend a weekend roaming Montreal with some of my favourite people. We wined (some beer-ed) we dined, we walked, we talked, we ate meat on street corners.
Apparently the need for Montreal smoked meat is so strong in this wintery city that it is available as take out. Thats right meat. Container. Thats it. In fact standing around and eating it on street corners and having your photo taken dosen’t even illicit a passing glance from strangers.
It was a great break and a great chance to catch up with friends. Here’s what happened…..
