12 -15 is the short answer.

Usually 4 or 5 destination weddings, elopements, or anniversary sessions. And 8 - 10 more local weddings in Ottawa, Toronto or Montreal.

A:

How many weddings do you shoot in a year?

Q:

My head would spin around! I like to be able to focus attention on the couples I work with. I want to be available by text or email whenever you have a question. And be fresh as a daisy for our shoot, not coming off a 3 wedding weekend and totally exhausted. Been there, done it and it's no one's best work.

A:

Why not more?

Questions & Answers

No is the short answer.

But not because i'm mean, or don't want you to have all the good pictures (you will get everything great). There are two big reasons;
1.They aren't finished. It's like buying a book and then asking the author if you can have all of
their previous drafts because you don't want to miss out on any story. The whole work is not
completed until they are edited. It's a large part of why you hire a professional.
2.Editing and culling is a long time consuming process. for every hour I spend shooting I spend
about 4-6 hours editing. This is a large part of what you are paying for, and probably not the way you want to spend 40 -60 hours of your life.

A:

Can we have the raw files?

Q:

Yes. She is lovely and extremely helpful. I recommend adding a second shooter to weddings over 120 guests.

A:

Do you have a second photographer?

Q:

600 - 800 in an 8 - 10 hour wedding day.
Approximately 70 - 80 for every hour of shoot time. A very large wedding party, or lots of travel time between various locations will lessen the number of images.

A:

How many photos will we get?

Q:

I live in Ottawa, Canada. So any place that does not require an overnight stay I do not charge a travel fee for (Ottawa Valley, Gatineau etc.).

Destinations that require an overnight stay have a $500 travel fee associated to cover: gas, meals and hotel (Toronto, London, PEC etc.).

Destination weddings that require a flight (ie: Vancouver, Banff, international destinations) are usually an additional $1000 over and above the cost of the wedding package depending on location.

A:

What are your travel fees?

Q:

Oh,  we're gonna  have  fun

Still got questions?

Send me an email, or shoot me a text, I'm always here to help.

It's a big decision choosing who you want to capture your day. Aside from your dress it's the only thing you will take home with you at  the end of all the planning.

You'll have your wedding photos forever and I want you to love them forever.

you know it
